As you approach the complex, look around at the beautiful landscape with its manicured lawn. REMEMBER TO LOOK UP! (important for later). Is you come to the entrance is it pleasing, to your liking? No you don't live in the entrance or its lobby, but you will have to use it whenever coming or going. How is the security? As you enter, after the realtor lady puts in the security code or scans the box, you begin to observe the lobby. The flooring, the wall coverings, and furnishings appear very tasteful and clean, well maintained. Your mind is beginning to be at ease. Your realtor takes you to the elevator. You hope there is one because you already LOOKED UP! How high up do you wish to LIVE or should we say "feel comfortable". You find yourself on the highest floor. As you leave the elevator you breath is taken away by the grand panorama of the blue green bay waters and the snow-capped mountains as its back drop!! Right away you know without looking that this side available condo is better than the condo across and down the hallway with only a view of the condo next door. Suddenly a question pops into your mind! You ask, "is the view condo I'm going to walk through with that beautiful view ever going to be blocked by another high-rise some day? BETTER CHECK! As you walk through the front door you are greeted with a spacious open area. You're excited there is no long hallway. You never did like them. The great room (living room) is home to a massive picture window and the view! Far more gorgeous was the bay then first glance and the snow capped mountainous back-drop. The hardwood floor jumps up to greet your liking eyes! As you look around you visualize where your furniture will fit best. Pictures, ah yes! All your favorite ones hung to your pleasure.
