Buying A Condo Checklist
As you turn to the lady realtor, she already knows your question. She says, "yes, there is a master bedroom with access only to the master bath. You like privacy. The main fully equipped central bath set between the other two bedrooms. Of course, you noticed when you walked in the powder room to your right. "Do you want to see the master bedroom now" your realtor lady asks. Oh yes very much so.
Tears come to your eyes as you behold the spacious, bright, cheery master bedroom. Always what you have dreamed about. The large picture window reveals a magnificent view of the bay and the white with snow mountain peaks reaching massively to the sunlight sky making a panoramic circle behind the blue-green waters. You picture your bedroom set and realize you have much more room of other precious treasures. You feel the intimacy, the privacy, the warmth of love.

The walk-in closets, hers and his, are more than you had dreamed of. There is room for all your shoes, dozens of pairs, from high dressy heels to match your formal evening gown to your perfectly fit running shoes to match your jogging outfit. The hanging racks are just your height to hold all your carefully chosen outfits. And his walk-in, why it's big enough for his exercising equipment, his golf clubs with all his extras. The formal attire and racks for his collection of ties from around the world. You know, as he knows, the build-in dresser drawers will be full in no time with all the accessories you both have to enhance your wardrobe.

What could be better than this! How about the master bath! He'll love the ceramic tile walk-in shower. And you, you can linger in the grand jacuzzi tub, sipping our favorite wine as you thoroughly lounge in the warm of your fragrant bubble bath. Double sinks are terrific and a separate water closet as to the appeal. Have you noticed? Why is your condo so light and bright? You are on; the top floor! You have several skylights. Didn't you see them when you came in? These should be on your 'buying a condo checklist'! You ask your now good friend, your lady realtor. "How much are my monthly Condo dues? What is included in the dues that benefit me?" She begins," well, let me enumerate them for you. Your dues care for the beautiful landscape and manicured lawn maintenance for one. In time it will care for a new roof, a new refreshing coal or two of long lasting paint and any exterior repairs as needed. The driveway and security systems at the front gate and your garage entry will be regularly maintained for your peace of mind and security. All exterior entries are all well cared for and that's just the exterior." She continues, "The lovely interior lobby, its furnishings, wall coverings and walkways are regularly maintained as are all hallways on all the floors including the elevators and emergency stairs and exits." Did you forget anything? Ask your realtor. Talk to your lender. Meet your appraiser if possible, they know what they are doing!
